Making Your Offer Stand Out
When you find the right home, I’ll guide you through the offer, help you craft a strong strategy, and coordinate inspections to ensure everything checks out. We’ll negotiate beyond just price—looking at terms, repairs, and timing to make your offer stand out. Closing is the final step—when you and the seller sign the paperwork, pay any settlement costs, and officially transfer ownership.
Before that day, the closing agent (usually a title or escrow company, or attorney) will prepare a detailed statement outlining all the costs. Once inspections are done and your loan is finalized, it’s time to close, get the keys, and celebrate! My goal is to make the entire process smooth, confident, and enjoyable.
